High-density automated pallet warehouse solutions quickly and accurately dispatch warehouse equipment according to instructions from the host computer to complete automated storage and retrieval management of multi-layer inventory goods. Stacker Crane + Shuttle Car Solution: The stacker crane transports the shuttle car to the specified location in the aisle, and the shuttle car completes the storage and retrieval operations. This solution increases aisle depth, reduces stacker crane investment, achieves dense storage, and improves warehouse utilization by more than 30%. The operation method is flexible, and the investment cost is lower than that of the pallet stacker crane automated warehouse system.
Shuttle Car Solution: Through the WMS/WCS system, automated control of shuttle cars, mother cars, elevators, conveyors, etc., is achieved, realizing FIFO (First-In, First-Out), which is a reliable choice for fully automated storage of batch pallets. This solution has lower requirements for warehouse building layout, floor height, and load-bearing capacity, and the layout combination method is flexible, allowing for non-continuous floors and multi-area layouts.
Four-Way Vehicle Solution: The four-way shuttle car solution consists of high-density racking, four-way shuttle cars, elevators, conveyors, WMS, WCS, and RCS, etc. The four-way shuttle car flexibly travels back and forth, left and right in the warehouse racking to achieve goods picking and handling. The four-way vehicle solution has the advantages of flexibility and intelligent scheduling. The four-way vehicle can reach any location in the automated warehouse without space limitations, realizing cross-aisle and cross-layer goods handling and transportation.
