Operating Principle
PRINCIPLE
The two-tiered comb-tooth intelligent lifting device is a parking device specially developed to complement the independently developed clamping-type parking robot system. This device effectively utilizes the space of the upper and lower two layers. It consists of a main frame, lifting drive, and left and right comb-tooth racks. Under the control of the dispatching system, the clamping-type parking robot transports the vehicle to the device's comb-tooth rack, and the left and right comb-tooth racks lift the vehicle to the second layer, allowing another vehicle to be parked on the bottom layer. It not only increases the number of parking spaces but also enables intelligent upgrades to traditional two-tiered lifting and shifting or simple lifting parking garages, realizing unmanned and intelligent parking and retrieval.
