Due to the need for in-depth R&D on our core products, we’re now sincerely inviting two top-tier algorithm and AI vision engineers to join us and tackle together the global challenge of urban parking.
Position 1: Senior Algorithm Engineer (Spatial Optimization and Scheduling)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of the core access algorithm for automated parking systems, enabling global dynamic path planning and optimal scheduling in scenarios involving multiple vehicles and multiple parking spaces.
2. Build a simulation model for garage operations and continuously improve system throughput, energy efficiency, and user waiting times by leveraging methods such as reinforcement learning and operations research optimization.
3. Participate in the architectural design of the garage intelligent control system, ensuring high reliability, low latency, and strong robustness of the algorithms.
4. Explore traffic flow prediction and parking space pre-allocation strategies based on big data and predictive models.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, majoring in computer science, automation, mathematics, or a related field, with more than 3 years of experience in algorithm development.
2. Proficient in C++ and Python, familiar with the Linux development environment, and possessing a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
3. Deeply master combinatorial optimization and path planning (e.g., A*) , D , RRT), scheduling algorithms, or reinforcement learning (such as DQN, PPO), and have practical project experience.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in complex system algorithms such as robotic motion planning, logistics and warehousing scheduling, and industrial control optimization.
5. A strong sense of responsibility, excellent logical thinking skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.
Position 2: AI Vision Engineer (Perception and Interaction)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing algorithms for vehicle detection, localization, pose estimation, and foreign-object recognition based on multi-camera vision and LiDAR (or deep fusion).
2. Build a high-precision, end-to-end vehicle exterior and parking space status sensing system to ensure millimeter-level safety during the pick-up and delivery process.
3. Develop a user-friendly interactive visual system, such as automatic license plate and vehicle model recognition, user behavior guidance, and abnormal condition monitoring.
4. Responsible for deploying, optimizing, and iterating visual models on edge computing devices to enable intelligent perception through edge-cloud collaboration.
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree or higher, majoring in computer vision, image processing, machine learning, or a related field, with more than 3 years of experience in CV projects.
2. Proficient in Python and skilled in at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
3. Has conducted in-depth research and gained practical experience in areas such as object detection, instance segmentation, 3D vision, SLAM, and model lightweighting.
4. Familiarity with OpenCV is preferred; candidates with experience in camera calibration, multi-sensor fusion, and deployment on embedded platforms (such as NVIDIA Jetson) will be given priority.
5. Has a strong commitment to technology implementation and possesses excellent engineering execution capabilities and a spirit of innovation.
