Hangzhou City Brain Parking System Operation Company announced on October 22, 2024 that the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting of Hangzhou City Brain Parking System Operation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brain Company") was held on the 14th floor of Yan Zhong Building. The meeting was chaired by Liu Hongjiang, deputy secretary of the Party branch and general manager of Hangting Shares, and chairman of Brain Company. Representatives from 18 shareholder units of Brain Company attended the meeting, and members of the board of directors, supervisors, and management of Brain Company attended the meeting. Xie Shengcai, member of the Party group and second-level inspector of Hangzhou Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, and Hu Yifei, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of Hangzhou Parking Industry Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Jin Yongfei, director of the Urban Rail Transit Operation and Public Utility Security Center of Hangzhou Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, and Jin Jianfeng, director of the Parking Security Section, were invited to attend the meeting.
At the meeting, He Xinjian, general manager of Brain Company, reported on behalf of the management team on the operation of Brain Company since 2023, comprehensively summarized the achievements made by Brain Company since 2023, carefully analyzed the existing difficulties and shortcomings in current development, and clarified the key tasks for the current and next stages. In the shareholder exchange session, the management team of Brain Company and representatives of shareholder units, based on the new opportunities for the development of the handover of the Hangzhou City Brain Parking System, conducted enthusiastic discussions on the future development positioning, direction, and measures of Brain Company. Representatives from various shareholder units actively spoke and offered suggestions, putting forward many constructive opinions and suggestions.
Xie Shengcai, member of the Party group and second-level inspector of Hangzhou Municipal Urban Management Bureau, fully affirmed the efforts and achievements of Brain Company in serving and supporting the Hangzhou City Brain Parking System, and expressed the hope that Brain Company would strengthen technological innovation and explore new value in system operation. At the same time, he hoped that all shareholder units would strengthen regional cooperation and coordination to jointly address the problems and difficulties encountered in urban parking work.
Hu Yifei, secretary of the Party branch and chairman of Hangting Shares, put forward three requirements regarding the operation of the CP system, emphasizing the need to adhere to innovation while upholding the fundamentals, strengthen joint cooperation to stimulate the vitality of the company's development, and build a new industrial ecosystem.
The successful holding of this shareholders' meeting not only unified the thoughts of all parties and clarified the direction of development, but also greatly enhanced team cohesion and centripetal force, setting a future development blueprint and path for the company. At this meeting, the proposal on changing the company's directors was approved, and Xu Jianjiong was elected as a director of the second board of directors of Brain Company.
